MacGregor and MacDuff’s exclusive Arran Mist tartan is a firm favourite with our customers.

Taking inspiration from the breathtaking landscapes and surrounding waters of the Isle of Arran, this striking tartan is predominantly navy with grey and brown accents throughout.

The Arran Mist tartan can be paired with a range of our different kilt jackets, though we feel it is best paired with our exclusive Arran Tweed jacket for an overall cohesive and sleek look.

The Arran Mist tartan is made from 100% worsted wool, and is individually crafted for you.

This kilt is available as an 8-yard machine-made kilt or a fully handmade 8-yard kilt. While machine-made kilts are slightly less expensive, fully handmade kilts benefit from the ability to be completely unstitched and remade to a different size. This makes them a great option if you are planning to pass it on to someone in the future.

8-yard kilts have 3 sizing straps and 2 belt loops at the back of the kilt.
